Richland Gateway at Columbia Place Mall

Relocating core services to the mall, located at 7201 Two Notch Road, aims to utilize preexisting, structurally sound space; help rejuvenate the shopping center and surrounding area; and make County services more centrally located for residents.

The mall location can house several County departments, such as Administration, Emergency Services, Economic Development, Community Planning & Development, Transportation and others. Richland County is responsible for providing operating space for multiple state agency offices, such as Elections & Voter Registration, public health and social services; these state agencies also will operate out of Columbia Place Mall. Richland County offices are expected to relocate to the mall in the fall of 2019.
