DeWitt, NY November 30, 2020 — Shoppingtown Mall NY LLC, owner of ShoppingTown Mall, located at 3649 Erie Blvd. E., DeWitt, NY, has reached an agreement in principal with the County of Onandago, the Town of DeWitt and the Jamesville-DeWitt Central School District to resolve tax claims and other pending disputes among the parties, subject to the execution of a definitive agreement and the approval of the United States Bankruptcy Court, according to Edward Sklyaroff, its Chief Executive Officer. Moonbeam Leasing & Management LLC, which manages ShoppingTown Mall for the owner, assisted with the negotiations. Neither Moonbeam Leasing & Management LLC nor its parent Moonbeam Capital Investments LLC has filed for bankruptcy protection.
